Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Leonne Systems' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Project Engagements
All project engagements are governed by separate agreements that outline specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. These Terms of Service apply generally to all interactions with Leonne Systems.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:
- •Custom work created specifically for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment.
- •Leonne Systems retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- •We may use anonymized project details for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

- •Make payments according to agreed schedules
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and pricing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leonne Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence in all our work, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, unless expressly stated in a project agreement. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients will receive all completed work for which payment has been made. Any outstanding balances become immediately due.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
